SK *Pravidlá a Dôležité informácie*

  • Záujemca o prednášanie na festivale je povinný vyplniť priložený formulár, kde vyplní všetky potrebné údaje o prednáške. 

  • Prezentácia musí byť v digitálnej podobe, ideálne vo formáte PowerPoint alebo PDF. V prípade videí alebo iných médií je potrebné vopred oznámiť ich formát organizátorom, kvôli príprave techniky. V opačnom prípade negarantujeme ich technickú kompatibilitu alebo možnosť ich prehrania v rámci prednášky.

  • Dĺžka prednášky má časové obmedzenie (z dôvodu vetrania miestnosti a plynulosti programu):

    • 1 hodina (50 min)

    • 1,5 hodiny (75 min)

    • 2 hodiny (105 min)

  • Ak je potrebné, prednáška môže byť vekovo obmedzená (napr. 15+, 18+). Akékoľvek obmedzenie musí byť vopred oznámené organizátorovi pre správne zaznačenie obmedzenia v programe.

  • Prednáška musí dodržiavať zásady slušnosti, rešpektovať rôznorodosť a nedopustiť sa diskriminácie alebo hanobenia žiadnych skupín, vrátane menšín, etnických skupín, náboženských komunít, genderových identít alebo akýchkoľvek ďalších identifikácií. Zatajenie chúlostivého obsahu bude chápané ako hrubé porušenie pravidiel festivalu a oprávňuje organizátorov k okamžitému prerušeniu prednášky a následnému vykázaniu prednášajúceho z priestorov festivalu.

  • Technické vybavenie prednáškoviek(software, hardware): notebook, reproduktory a dataprojektor s plátnom. V prípade ďalších technických požiadaviek je nutné ich vopred konzultovať s organizátorom. 

  • Pri väčšom množstve prihlásených prednášok budú prednášajúci vyberaní na základe pestrosti a tematickej relevancie ich prednášky.

  • Vybraní prednášajúci majú vstup na festival zadarmo.

  • Prednášajúci je povinný zaslať svoju prednášku organizátorovi najneskôr 7 dní pred festivalom.

  • Ak nahlásený prednášajúci potrebuje zmeniť časový slot prednášky, alebo sa z nečakaných dôvodov nemôže zúčastniť festivalu, je povinný bezodkladne informovať organizátorov festivalu o tejto skutočnosti, aby boli schopní prispôsobiť program a nájsť náhradné riešenie.

ENG *Rules and Important information*

  • Those interested in giving a lecture at our festival are required to fill out the form attached bellow, providing all necessary information about their lecture. 

  • The presentation must be in a digital format, ideally in PowerPoint or PDF. In the case of videos or other media, the organizers must be notified in advance of their format so that the necessary technical equipment can be prepared. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee technical compatibility or the possibility of playing the media during the lecture.

  •   The duration of a lecture is subject to a time limit (due to room ventilation and program scheduling):  

    • 1 hour (50 minutes)

    • 1.5 hours (75 minutes)

    • 2 hours (105 minutes)

  • If necessary, the lecture  may have an age restriction (e.g., 15+, 18+). Any restrictions must be communicated to the organizers in advance so that they can be correctly noted in the program.

  • The lecture must adhere to the principles of decency, respect diversity and must not discriminate against or denigrate any groups, including minorities, ethnic groups, religious communities, gender identities or any other identifications. Concealment of sensitive content will be understood as a gross violation of the festival rules and entitles the organizers to immediately interrupt the lecture and subsequently expel the lecturer from the festival premises.

  • Technical equipment of lecture rooms (software, hardware): a laptop, speakers and a data projector with a screen. For any additional technical requirements, the organizers must be consulted in advance.

  • If the number of registered lectures exceeds capacity, the lecturers will be selected based on the variety and thematic relevance of their lecture.

  • Selected lecturers will be granted a free entry to the festival.

  •   Lecturers are required to submit their lecture materials to the organizers at least 7 days before the festival.  

  •   If a confirmed speaker needs to change the time of their lecture or is unable to attend the festival due to unforeseen circumstances, they must immediately inform the festival organizers so that the program can be adjusted and an alternative solution can be found.  

    Deadline for registration: 31.3.2025 -> EXTENDED TILL 30.4.2025

    All registered applicants will be contacted shortly after the registration period ends.
