SK*Pravidlá a dôležité informácie*

Každý predajca bude mať k dispozícii:
- elektrickú zásuvku
- 1x stôl v rozmere 160x80cm (možná individuálna dohoda)
- verejné pripojenie k WiFi poskytované Domom Kultúry

Podmienky účasti:
- predajca sa zaregistruje prostredníctvom dole priloženého formulára
- predajca bude najneskôr 14.05.2025 kontaktovaný zodpovedným vedúcim sekcie ohľadom stavu registrácie
- po kontaktovaní vedúcim sekcie si predajca zakúpi “stánkový” lístok v hodnote 70€ - odkaz na objednávkový portál bude súčasťou potvrdenia registrácie
- umiestnenie stánku určuje organizátor
- organizátor neručí za exkluzivitu tovaru
- umiestnenie reklamy mimo vlastného predajného priestoru musí byť vopred skonzultované a odsúhlasené s organizátormi
- promovanie festivalu na sociálnych sieťach predajcu
- priestory musia byť organizátorom vrátené v rovnakom stave v akom boli predajcovi poskytnuté pred začiatkom festivalu
- v priestoroch Domu Kultúry nie je povolené používanie otvoreného ohňa
- predajca musí dodržiavať platné právne predpisy Slovenskej Republiky
- v priestoroch festivalu je zákaz predaja regulovaného tovaru
- organizátori s visačkou majú počas trvania festivalu nárok na prednostnú objednávku/obslúženie v stánku predajcu

ENG*Rules and important information*

Each vendor will have available:
- electrical outlet
- 1x 160x80cm table (individual agreement possible)
- public WiFi connection provided by the venue

Conditions of participation:

- each vendor must register using the form attached bellow
- the vendor will be contacted by the responsible section manager (at latest) by 14.05.2025 regarding the status of their registration
- after being contacted by the section manager, the seller will purchase a "stall" ticket for 70€ - a link to the order portal will be included in the registration confirmation
- stand location is decided by the organizer
- the organizer does not guarantee the exclusivity of the goods
- the placement of advertisements outside the designated sales area must be consulted and approved with the organizer in advance
- promotion of the festival on the vendor’s social media
- the premises must be returned to the organizers in the same condition as they were provided to the vendor before the start of the festival
- open fire is not allowed in the festival venue
- the vendor must comply with the applicable legislation of the Slovak Republic
- the sale of regulated goods is prohibited on the festival grounds
- organizers are entitled to preferential service by the seller during the entire duration of the festival
