SK *Pravidlá a dôležité informácie*

  • Za jeden stôl sa zmestia 1 až 2 umelci – bude teda záležať od vašich osobných preferencií či chcete stôl sami pre seba, alebo Vám neprekáža ho zdieľať s iným umelcom. (Veľkosť jedného stola ja 160x80cm.)

  • Arist Alley na našom festivale je od tohto roku spoplatnená – cena za polovicu stola je 20€ a cena za celý stôl je 35€.

  • Pomocník si bude musieť zakúpiť lístok na festival. 

  • Umenie definujeme ako ľudskú tvorbu a tej na našom festivale chceme dávať priestor. Preto zdôrazňujeme zákaz AI artu - prihlášky obsahujúce AI tvorbu nebudú akceptované.

  • FanArt, Original Art a handmade výrobky sú všetky vítané. 

  • Veci, ktoré sú tlačené 3D tlačiarňou podľa 3D modelov, ktoré ste nevyrábali vy, vítané nie su.

  • Netolerujeme vydávanie cudzej tvorby za vlastnú a iné hrubé porušovanie autorského práva.

  • Prosíme umelcov, ktorí sú zároveň cosplayermi, aby na predaj cosplay printov využili možnosť Cosplay stánku, a nie pridelený priestor v Artist Alley - a naopak.

  • Umelcov budeme vyberať podľa pestrosti, kvality, tematickosti tvorby vo vzťahu k festivalu, a ich online prezentácie.

Deadline na posielanie prihlášok: 16.3.2025

Po tomto termíne prebehne výberové kolo, na ktorého konci bude každý prihlásený kontaktovaný organizátorom.

ENG *Rules and important information*

  • One table can fit 1 to 2 artists – depending on personal preference, you will be able to either share the table with someone or reserve the whole table for yourself and your merchandise. (The size of one table is 160x80cm.)

  • The Artist Alley at our festival will have a small fee starting this year – the price for half a table is 20€, and the price for a full table is 35€.

  • The helper will have to buy their own festival ticket.

  • We define art as strictly created by humans, thus we want to offer space to artists and craftsmen who were directly involved in the creation of their art. Registration forms including examples of AI art will not be accepted.

  • OriginalArt, FanArt, and handmade crafts are all welcome. 

  • 3D printed trinkets that you did not make the original 3D model of yourself are not allowed.

  • We do not tolerate presenting others’ work as your own nor any other copyright infringements.

  • We ask artists who are also cosplayers to please use the available space in Cosplay Booth to sell their prints and to not use their space in Artist Alley for the purpose of selling cosplay prints - and vice versa.

  • Artists will be selected based on the variety and quality of their portfolios, their online presentation, as well as how their portfolio corresponds with the themes of the festival.

Deadline for applications: 16.3.2025.

Afterward, we will carry on with the selection. At the end of the selection process, every applicant will be notified of the results.
